Last updated: 15 July 2026

Information DataPrimo may collect

The information involved depends on the services and account features you use.

Name, email address, Ghana phone number, role, status and account preferences.

Payment references, amounts, verification results, Wallet entries, withdrawals and related transaction records.

Support information

Messages, order references and information voluntarily provided while requesting assistance.

Technical session, request and security information used by the application where applicable.

Why information is used

  • Manage accounts, roles, sessions and preferences.
  • Create, fulfil and track requested orders.
  • Verify payments and reconcile transaction results.
  • Maintain Wallet and transaction records where enabled.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate processing.
  • Provide support, notifications and service-status updates.
  • Maintain operational, security and audit records required to run the platform.

Payments

DataPrimo records payment references and verification outcomes needed to reconcile an order.

DataPrimo does not directly store full card details or Mobile Money authorization credentials. External Paystack payment details are processed through Paystack, while DataPrimo receives the references and results needed to verify the transaction.

Phone numbers and saved recipients

Ghana phone numbers are normalized to a consistent local format for validation, matching and fulfilment. Registered customers may save frequently used recipient numbers with private labels. Recipient information is used for the service requested, related tracking and necessary support.

Cookies and sessions

DataPrimo uses authentication cookies and session mechanisms needed to keep signed-in areas secure and preserve an authenticated session. Browser preferences, such as theme selection, may be stored locally on the device.

Security and access

Security measures

Access controls, server-side validation, restricted management routes and masked public results reduce unnecessary exposure.

Role-based access

Customers, Agents, SubAgents, Admins and Super Admins receive different access based on their verified role and permissions.

Retention and user choices

Account, order, payment, Wallet, audit and support records may be retained for service operation, dispute review, fraud prevention and legitimate record-keeping needs. Customers can update profile information, manage saved recipients and change available notification preferences from their account. Some transaction and audit records cannot be removed through ordinary profile controls because they support order and financial history.

Updates and contact

This notice may be revised as DataPrimo services and operating practices change. The maintained date above identifies the current published version.
